Common questions about our streaming services
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance for most events to ensure availability and allow adequate planning time. For large-scale events or those with complex requirements, 2-3 months notice is preferable. However, we understand that some events arise with short notice, and we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.
For standard HD streaming (1080p), we recommend a minimum upload speed of 5-10 Mbps. For 4K streaming, at least 20 Mbps upload speed is recommended. Don't worry if your venue doesn't have adequate internet - we bring our own bonded cellular solutions that can work in most locations without relying on venue internet.
Yes! We offer multi-platform streaming to services like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitch, and custom RTMP destinations simultaneously. This is included in our Professional and Premium packages, and can be added to our Basic package for an additional fee.
Yes, we provide a high-quality recording of your stream as a standard part of all our packages. For an additional fee, we can also provide edited highlights, social media clips, or fully edited versions of your event with professional post-production.
